भावार्थ- नीलमणि श्यामसुन्दर के सौन्दर्य का वर्णन सर्वथा अनिर्वचनीय है | जो भी, भूलकर भी, एक-बार भी, उस रूपमाधुरी का दर्शन कर लेता है वह ह्रदय पर हाथ रखकर एवं हाय ! कह कर मूर्च्छित होकर गिर पड़ता है | उनके प्रत्येक अंगों की रूपमाधुरी पर करोड़ों कामदेव न्यौंछावर हैं | ऐसी उनकी छवि सौन्दर्य के अमृत के सार के रस में डुबोई हुई है | एक विलक्षणता यह भी है – उनके नख से शिख तक समस्त अंगों को आँखों से देखकर तृप्ति नहीं होती है | उनके जिन अंगों को आँख देखती है उन्हीं अंगों को और अंगों से अधिक सरस अनुभव करती हैं | आँखें प्रतिक्षण पुनः पुनः देखने को तड़पती ही रहती हैं | ‘श्री कृपालु जी’ कहते हैं कि प्राकृत इंद्रिय मन बुद्धि रूपी घड़े में दिव्यानन्द रूपी समुद्र नहीं समा सकता, भले ही कोई करोड़ों प्रयत्न क्यों न करे |

On the path of devotion, God walks right behind you. Be carefree and just walk, you will not fall nor stumble. God is right there to catch you.
O my mind, do not try to remove the feeling of "I". Instead, make some improvement. Think that "I" am a servant of God. Also keep the feeling of "mine" and think that Krishna, the crown jewel of rasik Saints, is mine.
Practice devotion in all places; don't ever think that a place is dirty or impure and therefore unfit for prayer to God. God purifies everything that is impure, and He Himself can never become impure in the process. God has simplified the practice of devotion to such an extent, that everyone can practice it in any circumstance.
People say "Ram Nam Satya hai" (the name of God Ram is the only truth) when they accompany a dead body for cremation. But as soon as they return home (from the cremation ground) they still believe that the wordly attainments are the only truth.
The nature of human mind is that it becomes attached to the object or person it faithfully remembers, and adopts the qualities of that where it is attached. When the mind is attached to material phenomena it develops only good and bad qualities, and always remains bound to the material dimension. When your mind is attached to God it develops devotional qualities and, in time, you may receive God realization with the Grace of God and your Divine Spiritual Master.
Worrying is an insult to God. You cannot claim to be a believer in God and yet entertain worries in the mind. God will handle the problem. Do your best and leave the rest in His hands.
Remembrance of God is your real property, and forgetfulness of God is the real sorrow.
नित सेवा मांगूँ श्यामा श्याम तेरी, न भुक्ति नाहीं मुक्ति मांगूँ मैं!
बढ़ें भक्ति निष्काम नित मेरी, न भुक्ति नाहीं मुक्ति मांगूँ मैं!
तोहिं पतित जनन ही प्यारे हैं, हम अगनित पापन वारे हैं!
पुनि कत कर एतिक बेरी, न भुक्ति नाहीं मुक्ति मांगूँ मैं!
यदि कह उन लइ शरणाइ रे, कहू कत पूतना गति पाई रे!
अब बेर न करू करू चेरी, न भुक्ति नाहीं मुक्ति मांगूँ में!
ये भली है बुरी है जो है तेरी है, तुम भी सोचो सचमुच यह मेरी है!

Devotion to Shri Krishna must be exclusive. The attachment of the mind must be reserved for God while worldly duties are being performed externally. The performance of any work requires involvement of the mind, not attachment of the mind.
God made many things in pairs but He made only one mind. He is very clever indeed! God knew that, if He gave us two minds we would attach one to the world and the other to Him and still lay claim to being His devotees. So, he gave us a single mind. Whether we attach it to Him, or to the world, the choice and decision is ours; it can be attached only to one place.
If your mind is remembering Radha-Krishn and Guru all the time then it cannot be affected by any kind of stress or turmoil in any situation. The fact that we experience stress is an indication that we have forgotten God and that is why Maya could adversely affect our mind and cause stress. We HAVE to remember to practice Roop Dhyan constantly while doing anything.
God possesses innumerable mutual contradictions within Him. He is bigger than the biggest, yet smaller than the smallest. He is without name and form, but also with name and form. He is farther than the farthest, yet nearer than the nearest. God does not take birth, yet takes birth innumerable times. For all these reasons and more, it is impossible to know God with material senses, mind and intellect.
Radhey Radhey Bol Nit Karu Radhey Ko Dhyan
Aiyain Nij Golok Taji Bhajat Shyam Sujan
Chant ‘Radhey Radhey’ at all times while meditating on Radha. Hearing the name of Radha being chanted with love, Shri Krishna will come running from Golok.
O Kishori Ji! Glance towards me with Your benevolent eyes. Your extremely powerful maya is making me dance in many ways. I am surrounded from all sides by powerful enemies such as lust, anger, greed, attachment and pride. Despite knowing the truth, this stubborn mind of mine refuses to accept it, and continues to go towards the world.
There is no Age like the Age of Kali, in which one can attain God simply by chanting the holy name. Kaliyug is full of faults. However, its biggest virtue is that in this Age one can attain God by simply chanting His glories.
Maharaj Ji says - What is so difficult about Bhakti? The one whom we have to worship is sitting within our heart. One God, Shri Krishn is sitting within the hearts of everyone, Everyone - Man, Dog, Cat, Pig, Demon, everyone. And, he is everywhere, within every particle of the universe. But, we cannot see Him. We will be able to see Him after we are purified by doing Bhakti. R...ight now, we have to try to bring God in our hearts. Later, we will not have to try, we will be able to think about God continuosly without any effort. It will be very natural.Once there was a beautiful Gopi sitting near the Yamuna river and someone thought look at this beautiful girl, she is thinking about Shri Krishn. Someone asked her you are thinking about Shri Krishn? She said, you took His name again, I am trying hard to remove Him out of my mind but in vain. I have small kids to take care of and my family for whom I have to cook and run errands. Whenever I am cooking or trying to do something, He comes in front of me and plays His melodious flute and I forget everything and get lost in His thoughts. Such is the high state of the gopis who are physically doing all the work at home but in their mind, she is continuosly thinking about Shri Krishn.
What is Surrender? Maharaj Ji explains - We have to surrender to God. Sharanagati or Surrender means to do nothing. But since eternity we are used to doing everything so to come the state of doing nothing, we have to do a lot - and the name of this is Sadhana.We have to ultimately reach a stage where God does everything and surrender completely to Him.
Shri Maharaj Ji reminds us

If you feel offended at the harsh words of another person, it means that you are not practicing devotion, in a proper manner.
Shri Maharaj Ji says:

If you do not shed tears while taking the name of God; it is because of your pride. And if the tears come and you start to feel proud of yourself; then that is not right. Only a Saint can detect such pride. It is important to be in close association with a Saint (Guru) so that this pride does not get a chance to flourish.
Shri Maharaj Ji says:

It is not impossible to attain God. One has to have firm determination. Penny by penny a man becomes a millionaire. Bit by bit, a man acquires great knowledge. If he is determined, a human can attain God by utilizing each and every moment wisely. Why are you bent on wasting this precious human life?
You have one enemy, and it's not your body or your senses or your soul. Your one and only enemy is the mind, which you must govern and take towards God. You must not allow it to dictate you. If you do what your mind tells you to do, you will continue to revolve in 8.4 million forms of life for innumerable lives.
Radhopanishad states, "Radha and Krishna have one intellect, one mind, one soul, and even one face. They have one knowledge. This is why there is no difference between these two. If someone thinks there to be a difference, it is an offence."
In Kaliyug, the only recommended spiritual Sadhana is the chanting of Krishna’s names, attributes and pastimes. The action which bears fruit in twelve years in Satyug bears fruit in just one year in the Age of Treta. In Dvapar, the same action bears fruit in just one month. And in Kaliyug, the same action bears fruit in 24 hours.
O my Divine Beloved! O Supreme Lord Krishna! I have been suffering from countless sorrows as a result of having ignored You since beginningless time. Committing sins lifetime after lifetime has made my heart so impure that in spite of having learnt from Your loving saints that You are waiting for me with open arms to embrace me and benevolent eyes to grace me, I still fail to surrender to You.
Shri Maharaj Ji reminds us

Chant ‘Radhey Radhey’ and make your human birth, which is inaccessible even to heavenly gods, a success. High position, foolishness, youth and wealth are all reasons for spiritual downfall.

Shri Maharaj Ji constantly reminds us

Since you will one day have to leave the world, renounce it right now and attach it to God. One day you will have to go to the beloved’s house (Golok); therefore renounce the paternal home (material world) from your mind.
Shri Maharaj Ji says:

Do not bear ill-will toward anyone, even those who bear ill-will toward you. Remain neutral. Even if someone has committed sins, a true aspirant should not think or speak of them. Prior to God-realization everyone in the world is a sinner. It does not take more than a moment for a great aspirant to fall and for a sinner to rise.

Just as we keep the mind detached from most of the work we perform, in the same way we keep it detached from most individuals of the world. The attachment of our mind is reserved only for a handful of people such as our parents, children, husband, wife, brothers, sisters, and so on. With the rest of the world, we only behave politely. Now if we sever the attachment with even these few people, there will be no difficulty for us in attaining God.
Shri Maharaj Ji says:

Most dearest and beloved Shri Krishna is yours, do not believe Him to be even a little bit far from you. He is waiting with His arms open wide to embrace you. He is very pleased when He sees your tears for Him. He is always observing every thought of yours at every moment, but your tears are most dear to Him.
Shri Maharaj Ji says:

The duration for which the mind is attached to Shri Krishna, for that duration the mind is detached from the material world. The duration for which a soul stays detached from the world, for that duration consider it to be the special blessing, grace and mercy from God and Guru.
Reserve some time for God every day. Never miss an appointment with Him. Besides, thinking of Him while you perform your daily chores, spend some time alone with Him. Do not think that this is craziness and mere imagination. The fact is that God alone is real, all else is imaginary.
World only has miseries stored for us, it's not a negative approach! It's very much positive, as continuous thinking of same with "healthy mindset" leads us on the path of true knowledge and finally towards Devotion. Spasmodic happiness are also bad as when they end they leave behind sorrow. So let us realise the futility of this material arena and excel in devotion..... Radhey Radhey.
As a devotee, our job is to increase our tolerance. Even when somebody says something terrible about us or behaves badly towards us, we should not get mentally or emotionally disturbed. This is sadhana!
Shri Maharaj Ji emphasizes that to make spiritual progress it is important to not think your life to be yours. Consider it to belong to your Sharanya (the one to whom you have surrendered). Always think of serving him every minute of your life.
Shri Maharaj Ji says:

Constantly realize the presence of God and Guru with you. Never feel that you are alone. This is very important for devotion. When this decision becomes firm, then your mind will easily become focused in meditation and you will never commit any sin.

जब हमारी स्वामिनी के दरबार में इतनी अपार दया है,तब मुझे किस बात की चिंता है.
हमारी स्वामिनी जी अपने शरणागत की थोड़ी भी करुण पुकार सुनते ही अपने प्राणेश्वर श्यामसुंदर को भी छोड़कर अपने जन के पास तत्क्षण अपनी सुधि-बुधि भूलकर दौड़ आती है.
जब हमारी किशोरी जी इतनी सुकुमार और सरल स्वभाव की है,तब मुझे किस बात की चिंता है.
ब्रह्म श्रीकृष्ण भी जिनकी बोहे देखते रहते है अर्थात प्यारे श्यामसुंदर भी जिनके संकेत से चलते है,उनके शरण में जाकर फिर किसका भय है.
जब ऐसे स्वामिनी जी हमारी रक्षा करने वाली तब मुझे किस बात की चिंता है.
जो शरणागत होकर दृढ़ निष्ठापूर्वक "मेरी स्वामिनी जी!" ऐसा कह देता है,उसे स्वामिनी जी अपनी आंखोंकी पुतली के सामान रखती है.
"श्री कृपालुजी" कहते है----- की जब हमारी स्वामिनी जी शरणागत से इतना प्यार करती है तब मुझे किस बात की चिंता है

Moreover, there is no other way of escaping from the clutches of demons like Lust, Anger, Greed, Attachment and Pride.
This world is like a mirage, containing not even a trace of happiness..
Wealth, youth and life are temporary, disappearing like camphor.
Says Shree ‘Kripalu’, “O mind! You will not be blessed with a human body again and again. Therefore, do not delay in improving your pitiable condition.”
कान्ह ! हम सुने तुमहिं भगवान !
साँचु बताउ मोहिं मनमोहन, कहहुँ न काहुहिं आन |
मोहिं परतीति होति नहिं नेकहुँ, हौं तुम कहँ भल जान |
षडैश्वर्य परिपूर्ण सुन्यों हौं, है याकी पहिचान |
तुम्हरे तो एकहुँ नहिं दीखत, पुनि हम लें कत मान |
...मोहिं समुझाउ सौंह तोहिं मोरी, सुनहु सखी ! कह कान्ह |
होत विभोर ‘कृपालु’ प्रेम लखि, रहत न शक्तिहिं भान ||

भावार्थ- एक भोली-भाली सखी कहती है कि हे श्यामसुन्दर ! मैंने सुना है कि तुम्हीं भगवान् हो | हे मनमोहन ! मुझसे सच्ची-सच्ची बात बता दो, मैं किसी से नहीं बताऊँगी | मुझे तो थोड़ा भी विश्वास नहीं होता, क्योंकि मैं तुम्हारे व्यक्तित्व से भली-भाँति परिचित हूँ | मैंने सुना है कि भगवान् छहों ऐश्वर्यों (समग्र ऐश्वर्य, धर्म, यश, श्री, ज्ञान, वैराग्य) से परिपूर्ण होता है | तुम्हारे भीतर तो इन ऐश्वर्यों में एक भी नहीं दिखाई पड़ता | फिर हमें विश्वास कैसे हो ? यदि तुम सचमुच भगवान् हो तो मेरी सौगन्ध है मुझे समझा दो | ‘श्री कृपालु जी’ के शब्दों में श्यामसुन्दर ने कहा कि मेरे भीतर छहों ऐश्वर्यों की शक्तियाँ हैं किन्तु भक्तों के प्रेम में मैं इतना विभोर हो जाता हूँ कि मुझे उन शक्तियों का बिल्कुल भान ही नहीं रहता |

श्रुति सिद्धांत सार...........

 -------जगद्गुरू श्री कृपालु जी महाराज(१) भगवान, जीव एवं माया तीनों नित्य हैं , किन्तु जीव एवं माया का शासक भगवान ही है ।
(२) जीव आनंद चाहता है ;... क्योंकि वह आनंद स्वरूप भगवान का सनातन अंश है ।
(३) आनंद अनंत मात्र का होता है एवं अनंत काल का होता है ।
(४) संसार का आनंद सीमित एवं नश्वर है । वह दिव्य जीव का विषय ही नहीं है ।
(५) संसार में न सुख है , न दुख है , हमारी मान्यता से ही सुख या दुख मिलता है ।
(६) संसार में राग भी न हो एवं द्वेष भी न हो , यही सच्चा वैराग्य है ।
(७) अनादि माया के कारण ही आनंद रूपी भगवान का अंश जीव अपने अंशी भगवान से विमुख है ।
(८) अंश जीव का अंशी भगवान के सन्मुख होना ही एक मात्र औषधि है ।
(९) जीव दिव्य तत्व है ; अतः उसका लक्ष्य भी दिव्यानन्द स्वरूप भग्वत्प्राप्ति ही है ।
(१०) संसार पंच महाभूत का है , शरीर भी भौतिक है, अतः भौतिक शरीर के हेतु ही भौतिक संसार है ।
(११) भगवान इंद्रिय, मन, बुद्धि से परे है ; क्योंकि इंद्रिय, मन, बुद्धि मायिक हैं ।
(१२) भग्वत्प्राप्ति केवल भग्वत्कृपा से ही संभव है , अन्य कर्म , ज्ञानादि किसी भी साधन से असंभव है ।
(१३) भग्वत्कृपा के हेतु अन्तः कारण शुद्ध करना होगा । यह कार्य वास्तविक गुरु की सहायता से ही होगा ।
(१४) वास्तविक गुरु तत्वज्ञानी एवं भगवतप्रेम प्राप्त होना चाहिए ।
(१५) अन्तःकरण की शुद्धि के हेतु एक मात्र भग्वत्भक्ति ही साधन है , अन्य कोई मार्ग नहीं।
(१६) भक्ति के अनेक भेद् है , किन्तु श्रवण, कीर्तन एवं स्मरण तीन ही प्रमुख हैं ।
(१७) सर्वप्रमुख स्मरण भक्ति ही है, अन्य इंद्रियादिकों की भक्ति हो या न हो ।
(१८) भक्ति मे अनन्यता परम आवश्यक है । भक्ति , भक्त, भगवान के अतिरिक्त मन की आसक्ति अन्यत्र न हो ।
(१९) शुद्ध भक्ति में संसारी विषय सुख अथवा मोक्ष की भी कामना न रहे ।
(२०) संसारी कामना ही दुखों का मूल है ; क्योंकि कामना पूर्ति पर लोभ एवं अपूर्ति पर क्रोध बदता है ।
(२१) भगवान का नाम , रूप , गुण , लीला , धाम एवं उनके भक्त सब एक ही हैं , इनमे कहीं भी मन का अनुराग अनन्यता ही है ।
(२२) भगवान के साथ – साथ गुरु की भक्ति भी अनिवार्य है, क्योंकि गुरु द्वारा ही साधक का स्वार्थ सिद्ध होगा ।
(२३) हरि गुरु का रूप ध्यान करते हुए रोकर ही साधना करनी है । स्वयं को अति पतित , दीन मानना है ।
(२४) हरि गुरु में निष्काम भाव से मन लगाना ही साधना है एवं उनमे मन लग जाना ही सिद्धि है ।
(२५) निंदनीय की भी निंदा करना या सुनना कुसंग है , स्वयं में ही दोष देखना है ।
(२६) सदा सर्वत्र हरि गुरु को अपने साथ अपना रक्षक मानना है , कभी स्वयं को अकेला नहीं मानना है ।
(२७) संसारी वस्तु का त्याग वास्तविक त्याग नहीं है वरन मन की आसक्ति का त्याग ही त्याग है ।
(२८) हरि और गुरु से जितना विशुद्ध प्रेम होगा , उतना ही संसार से सच्चा वैराग्य होगा ।
(२९) मन से हरि गुरु ने अनुराग करना एवं तन से संसार का कर्म करना ही कर्मयोग है ।
(३०) मानव देह देव दुर्लभ है , किन्तु क्षण भंगुर है; अतः तत्काल साधना करनी है ।
(३१) तन मन धन से हरि गुरु सेवा करना ही सेवक कर्तव्य है , सेवा से ही शीघ्र मन शुद्ध होगा ।
