When the soul unites with God, the intervening power maya is removed forever and God directly controls the soul, the intellect, mind and senses. In other words, whatever a Saint is seen to be doing, is only the consequence of divine inspiration. The individual is selfishly motivated until he attains his goal, but once he attains divine bliss there is no reason to perform any action. Therefore, whatever actions a Saint performs are inspired by God and so are praiseworthy. It is only God who knows why He makes the Saints perform ‘good’ or ‘bad’ actions.
