Sadhana means practice, and siddhi, perfection. Sadhana leads to siddhi. In other words, practice makes perfect. In order to perfect skills like riding a bike, typing, playing the drums, sewing, swimming, cooking, designing a web page, speaking in public or playing chess, one is required to put in hours and hours of practice. In the very same way, if you wish to know God and taste His ever increasing bliss, you must devote some time for sadhana.
